“If anyone is thinking about painting their kitchen cabinets, I have a recommendation. We just finished our kitchen remodel with Cabinet Makeovers Maine, and they were fantastic. They painted our 25-year-old pine cabinets, replaced hinges/slides, painted our ceiling, built a custom window, did the backsplash, and helped with other miscellaneous stuff, all in about 4 weeks. Bonnie’s kitchen was a very nice high-end kitchen. She wanted a fresh coat of paint on all the cabinets, same color, except for the island, which she wanted changed to a light gray color, to match the fresh coat of paint on the walls. Everything was masked off and the cabinet end-panels and face frames were re-sprayed on-site. The doors and drawers were sprayed in my shop. The final results looked like a brand new kitchen, with the same type factory sprayed look/finish.

In the “After” picture, below you may notice some other changes like tiled back splashes, and yes, we do offer that service. Also notice how nice it is and what a difference it makes to just change, or in some cases, add new hardware, with the pulls and hinges. Painting the walls and ceilings are also a common consideration to add to the makeover.
